Overview
At Sanzaira Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Items not in their original condition or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Sale or discounted items.
Please note: Perfume packaging that has been unsealed is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, a valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:
- Recheck your bank or card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If the issue persists, please reach out to us at sanzairaperfume@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you wish to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at sanzairaperfume@gmail.com with your order details and product photos.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:
Sanzaira Fragrance – Returns Department
Karachi, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
